Las Hadas Golf Club

Below we will reveal the most enticing information about our fantastic Las Hadas GOLF and TENNIS CLUB, located in the heart of Mexico’s Pearl of the Pacific. Here, you will realize that, in addition to being a complex and challenging golf course, it is incredibly beautiful and fun.

World famous Pete & Roy Dye designed the course. The first nine holes were opened in 1975, and this unique and unparalleled golf course has provided unforgettable experiences to hundreds of golfers since then.
1ST HOLE, THE DOUBLE CROSSOVER
• PAR 4 - 397 YARDS - HCP: 1
• GREEN WIDTH: 23 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 43 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 43 YARDS

HOLE with a DOGLEG-left. Your first shot must be very precise, as the FAIRWAY is a bit narrow. After this, you’ll need a second swing between 120-140 yards; the ball will cross the water again and land on a GREEN sheltered by a large sand trap in the front.
2ND HOLE, THE WATERFALLS
• PAR 3 - 174 YARDS - HCP: 11
• GREEN WIDTH: 29 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 37 YARDS

This HOLE is one of the few PAR 3s with a sand trap in the middle of the GREEN. Your starting shot must head straight towards the GREEN, since this HOLE is surrounded by water. All these obstacles make this an especially entertaining HOLE.
3RD HOLE, THE BLASTER
• PAR 5 - 538 YARDS - HCP: 13
• GREEN WIDTH: 22 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 38 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 37 YARDS

This is the longest PAR 5 on the course. Despite the FAIRWAY’s width, be careful with the strip of palm trees on the right-side edge and the water on the left side. Once positioned before the sand trap protecting the GREEN, long range hitters may take a bit of a risk and make the drive without a problem, but be sure to take the three sand traps and the grass trap around the HOLE into account.
4TH HOLE, TRIPLE TERRACE
• PAR 4 - 379 YARDS - HCP: 15
• GREEN WIDTH: 31 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 30 YARDS

FAIRWAY WIDTH: 39 YARDS The shortest PAR 4 in the first round. On the right side there is running water in the form of a stream that crosses the center of the HOLE. The starting shot must be very precise, since there are there are two large palm trees to the left and in the middle of the FAIRWAY.
5TH HOLE, THE NOOK
• PAR 3 - 183 YARDS - HCP: 17
• GREEN WIDTH: 18 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 29 YARDS

This is the longest PAR 3 on the course. For the first shot, you must be very precise since the GREEN is surrounded by an enormous sand trap with a body of water to the left.
6TH HOLE, BLIND SWING
• PAR 5 - 532 YARDS - HCP: 3
• GREEN WIDTH: 174 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 30 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 42 YARDS

A totally straight HOLE. 100 yards in, there is a knoll that completely blocks your view of the GREEN. The GREEN has two levels and is surrounded by a large sand trap
7TH HOLE, THE BAMBOOS
• PAR 4 - 397 YARDS - HCP: 7
• GREEN WIDTH: 24 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 33 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 39 YARDS

It has a DOGLEG- right. Your second swing, on average, must be 130 yards. The wind plays a major role in this specific HOLE, as it always blows against you, and there is an additional obstacle in the shape of a huge sand trap facing the GREEN.
8TH HOLE, THE PENINSULA
• PAR 4 - 392 YARDS - HCP: 5
• GREEN WIDTH: 24 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 37 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 32 YARDS

This HOLE’s distinguishing feature is the body of water that extends all along the left-hand side. Furthermore, the second shot is highly challenging for two reasons: first, the constant wind blowing towards the water, and second, the incline of the GREEN towards the water.
9TH HOLE, THE WALL
• PAR 3 - 189 YARDS - HCP: 9
• GREEN WIDTH: 18 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 47 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 20 YARDS

The course’s most complicated PAR 3. To the left of the course is water and to the right, a large sand trap. The GREEN is very large, and a BOGEY is possible when the flag is placed in the back section.
10TH HOLE, MOUNT ZURIBACHI
• PAR 4 - 347 YARDS - HCP: 8
• GREEN WIDTH: 24 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 25 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 40 YARDS

What’s difficult about this HOLE is the reduced size of the GREEN and the four sand traps that surround it, ensuring a very entertaining second shot due to its high level of complexity.
11TH HOLE, THE LOOKOUT POINT
• PAR 5 - 489 YARDS - HCP: 10
• GREEN WIDTH: 26 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 41 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 37 YARDS

It is a totally straight HOLE with an elevated GREEN. There are sand traps before, behind, and to the left of the GREEN. Finally, we warn you that the entrance to the GREEN is quite narrow, so you must be very precise in each of your shots.
12TH HOLE, THE AQUEDUCT
• PAR 4 - 400 YARDS - HCP: 12
• GREEN WIDTH: 24 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 39 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 64 YARDS

HOLE with a DOGLEG-left. The FAIRWAY is divided into two sections, but we recommend that you play the right side to guarantee a 125 to 135 yard second shot. There is a large sand trap to the left of the GREEN.
13TH HOLE, THE FIG TREE
• PAR 3 - 167 YARDS - HCP: 18
• GREEN WIDTH: 27 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 40 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 15 YARDS

This is the easiest HOLE on the course. It has a very large GREEN. Your shot must be completely straight and with perfect aim since there is a stream on the left-hand side.
14TH HOLE, THE GIANT ROCKS
• PAR 4 - 356 YARDS - HCP: 4
• GREEN WIDTH: 23 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 36 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 54 YARDS

This section of the course features one of the most amazing HOLES, since the breeze will always blow against your second shot. Behind the GREEN there are numerous giant rocks, produced by dynamite explosions of the past. A stream with an outlet to the sea crosses the plains of this HOLE making it extra difficult to overcome.
15TH HOLE, THE SNAKE
• PAR 5 - 506 YARDS - HCP: 6
• GREEN WIDTH: 21 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 31 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 48 YARDS

This HOLE is mostly straight. It has a large sand trap at 290 yards, so you must calculate your shot to position the ball before the trap. If you succeed, you’ll be able to reach the GREEN in two shots. Another of this HOLE’S unique features is that it is well protected by palm trees, making it one of the most interesting holes on the course.
16TH HOLE, THE MANGOS
• PAR 4 - 391 YARDS - HCP: 16
• GREEN WIDTH: 19 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 37 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 44 YARDS

This is a completely straight HOLE with the golf course boundary on the right-hand side. The FAIRWAY is fairly narrow compared to the other holes. There is also a sand trap when you get to the GREEN. Be sure to take note of the breeze blowing from right to left, forcing you to make more precise calculations when you swing.
17TH HOLE, THE BEACH
• PAR 4 - 438 YARDS - HCP: 2
• GREEN WIDTH: 25 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 39 YARDS
• FAIRWAY WIDTH: 60 YARDS

The longest PAR 4 on the course. The opening shot should be a 250-yard CARRY to be able to pass the stream that crosses the HOLE. There is also a DOGLEG HOLE to the right. The second shot will reach a further 230 yards. You must also consider the wind for this sector since it will be blowing 15-30 miles per hour in the opposite direction to your shot. The GREEN is very peculiar due to its size and the fact that it is on a slope toward the water.
18TH HOLE KNOWN AS THE MILLION-DOLLAR HOLE
• PAR 3 - 160 YARDS - HCP: 14
• GREEN WIDTH: 29 YARDS
• GREEN LENGTH: 49 YARDS

Lastly, the most spectacular PAR 3 that you’ve seen yet, and the HOLE that has made our course famous. You’ll have a head-on view of the bay, meaning a constant headwind for your shot. There will be times when you must use a many as three golf clubs to reach the GREEN. This GREEN is sheltered by the imposing Pacific Ocean and the majestic LAS HADAS BY BRISAS hotel, which is filled with fans watching and admiring your final shots.
